BLOOD

FROM DESTRUCTION  Exodus 12:7 And they shall take of the blood, and strike it on the two side posts and on the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat it. Exodus 12:13 And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt. The blood on the door posts of the houses of Israel protected them from the judgment of God which came on the land. A study of every scripture in the Bible on the blood reveals that provision has been made in the sacrifice of Jesus' blood for every phase of your life
Salvation is by the blood. Protection is by the blood. Healing is by the blood. Recently I felt aprehensive as I parked my car. It was some distance down the street from the church. I walked around my car pleading the blood of Jesus over it. After church I learned that the tires on three cars parked nearby had had their tires slashed. These cars were in the same area as mine. You may like to plead the blood over your home and or over your children. This is a good idea. When you do this you are reminding yourself and the Lord that you are God's property, purchased by the blood of the Lamb. Therefore you have His protection. The blood of Jesus is the foundation for everything you do. It is your birthright. When Aaron lifted the priest's censer and made atonement for the people, it stopped God's wrath. Numbers 16:46 And Moses said unto Aaron, Take a censer, and put fire therein from off the altar, and put on incense, and go quickly unto the congregation, and make an atonement for them: for there is wrath gone out from the LORD; the plague is begun. When you put the blood over your nation you are demanding the mercy of God spare your country until He can release a great revival. |
