Reports to: Founder/Director
Location: Preferred: Headquarters, Brookfield, CT. Locating in CT would provide maximum interaction
and involvement in other initiatives. Alternately, the position could work from anywhere.
Job Purpose: Serve Finishers Project partner mission agencies and educational institutions by listening to their
needs and suggesting the best tools to serve them within the bounds of the vision, mission and core values. Also, being in touch with each organizational partner on a regular basis to ask, “How is it going? What is working? What is not working? How can we serve you better?”
Location. This could be anywhere, but locating in Western CT would be ideal.
Ease of use is a critical issue for mission agencies. About one in twenty that have visited the website have transitioned into missions. The purpose of this initiative is to increase the five percent conversion rate through one to one interaction by phone and email with organizations that are receiving matches from organizational needs.
Salary Range: Provides or raises own support. Salary and housing allowance as negotiated.
Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and implement strategy for servicing organization “customers”. In other words, meeting the stated goals will be designed and implemented according to strengths of the person filling this position.
Develop metrics to measure and increase effectiveness of this Agency Relations position.
Get to know the vision and needs of the FP ministry partners to assist them more effectively.
Travel as necessary to build networking relationships vital to the vision of the FP.
Person Profile:
Self-starter, results orientated with a positive outlook, a clear focus on serving FP organizations with surprising excellence, quality and integrity, just as serving the Lord Himself. Must be excellent telephone and email communicator. Must have clear-thinking communication style, able to see things from the other person’s point of view. Reliable, tolerant, flexible, always thinking and acting for what is best for the customer.
Essential Job Requirements:
EDUCATION – College graduate in any field.
EXPERIENCE – Accomplishments and track record in leadership and a field of servicing people.
Ability to lead, not buy command directive, but by promoting compelling ideas
REQUIREMENTS – Excellent communication skills.
Initially work alongside founder/director and Administrator to operate and improve the
mission agency and educational institution service of the FP.
Spiritually mature, self-feeder.
PREFERENCES – Prior missions/ministry experience with a good command of scripture in fact and synthesis.
Comfortable in public speaking roles, not needed, but a plus.
Familiar with or willing to read current books in customer service and missions trends.
PHYSICAL - Ability to travel, a plus. Willing to travel to FP headquarters or Leadership Team meetings.
