1 Adopting co-op baseline approach for Lifetime database maintenance, computing/reporting. Mo
2 Rapid and Accurate motivation code segmentation/assignment based on: Monthly  Lifetime frequency of giving, giving amount, date of last gift and %panel split.

Piloted "Accelerated Life Cycle" phenomena with EZ contract processor, WBS, CPM, executable specification & interactive vision. Improved competitive analysis using EZ system for presentation to Board of Directors. Established integrated SDE operations on AT&T 3B20 Genesis for the specific needs of a new high tech venture Medical Diagnostics.

Project Leader (MTS) - 5ESS Advanced Switching Systems

Researched AT&T post divestiture position in new, competitive environment, responded to AT&T mission with a new product idea, EZ promoting "UNIX User Universe" Mastered complex development environment & overall operations as liason with key organizations to simplify & allign goals. Created EZ system - a standardized database-driven interface to UNIX based systems. Managed 100 people with EZ "One Minute Manager" leadership style, gaining enthusiasm, inspiration & enthusiasm &cooperation of multi-talented professionals (including users). Directed & produced an audio visual tape presentation of new product with full documentation for executive management.

1980 - 1982 : ROCKWELL INTERNATIONAL, WESCOM, INC., Oak Brook, IL

Senior Engineer (MTS) (SCX project for MCI) - Digital Switching Systems

Assessed critical areas of technology & operations, planned upgrade, resulting in new contract award. Accomplished technology upgrade to competitive level through central acquisition of systems. Developed certified conversion facility reusing 75% of DSS for SCX, contributing an operational baseline. Created DEBIE, a human oriented interface facility (UNIX based: Does Everything But... Eat).

1976 - 1980 : GTE AUTOMATIC ELECTRIC LABORATORIES, Northlake, IL

Configuration Management, Project Group (MTS) - Advanced Switching Division

Provided distributive development, technology transfer across international subsidiaries GTD5. Set up commonality framework, systematic methods alleviating problems in management of complexity. Established "Configuration Management System", common database controlled library structure, product generation & test. Automated commercial "System Version Release" generation, expanded commonality & assumed more responsibility. Pioneered advanced SPC requirements generation techniques, integrating distributive development methods & deliverables (master database + 1,000,000 lines CCITT SDL).

1974 - 1976 : SUN SYSTEMS, INC., Eureka, IL

Project Leader - Solar Energy Research & Development in conjunction with MS-EE degree at Bradley University, Peoria, IL

Ventured & Engineered first Solar Energy Model House, unique Solar Power Panel Collector, Solar Energy Flow Control System, Storage, termocouple instrumentation, computer-aided design, data acquisition, analysis, test/validation, evaluation, & simulation and Results Validation.
